We are here to help you stop Doing and step back Into Being, we aim to guide you into living a more authentic and mindful life through a range of offerings.

Guided by skilled teachers Into Being is more than a business; it's an embodiment of wisdom and lived experience. Kylie is not only highly qualified and knowledgeable in the intricate realms of the mind and body, but she's also a testament to the transformative power of the practices she shares. As a practitioner who walks the talk, Kylie lives and breathes the ethos of Into Being.

Into Being is about connecting to the essence of you through movement, rest, functional movement, meditation, dance and much more.

I have practiced yoga for 20+ years, danced since the age of 5 and taught movement (yoga/dance) for over 20 years - I was born to move and so were you.

My classes draw on my diverse background which includes Nursing, Dance, Somatics, Yoga Medicine, Functional Range Conditioning and a penchant for studying how the human body moves & functions.  

I am a Yoga Medicine Registered Therapist, Yoga Detourist and Functional Range Movement Specialist so expect an emphasis on functionality and strength but also calming and restorative practices to help you find balance and step back Into Being.

I also like to make movement variable and fun in order to help you discover the importance of free, unimpaired movement for now and the future. 

I love to handstand and think its something we should all at least play with.  Its great for getting you out of your comfort zone, flipping your perspective on life and getting you in touch with your inner child.

The online studio and private studio is located in Sandringham Auckland.

I provide one to one guidance to help you find a deeper connection to your body.

The online studio and livestream classes are a place to connect to other like minded yogis, build strength, a greater awareness of yourself and to connect to the essence of who you are.

My classes are designed to empower you, build greater interoreception and resilience and help you discover the joy of moving your body daily in a variety of different ways.

My approach fuses the tradition of Yoga with the latest in movement science.

I am a Yoga Medicine Therapy Specialist E-RYT500 and YACEP provider. As well as producing online content I also facilitate teacher trainings, mentor teachers and run workshops online and throughout NZ.
